Meet our pastors

Pastor Philip leads ARC Dagenham with a deep conviction that this house is called to be a place of revival: a family where sons and daughters encounter Christ, enjoy the love of God and of one another, discover their true identity in Him, and grow into the fullness of all God has ordained for their lives.

His path to this calling was one of process and promise, shaped over years of preparation and surrender, and he counts every season that led to this moment as a gift. Alongside ministry, Philip carries an assignment in business and fashion, and has seen the grace of God prove sufficient for both.

Ordained under the leadership of his pastors at A Radical Church, he steps into the future with joy and expectation, confident in the One who called him.

Pastor Caitlin serves ARC Dagenham alongside her husband, Pastor Philip, and is woven into every part of the life of this church family.

Her wisdom, faith and encouragement have helped carry the vision of ARC Dagenham from promise to reality. In seasons where the road was uncertain, God often used her voice to reaffirm the call, and she now serves the Lord alongside Philip with the same steadiness and joy.

She is passionate about seeing people encounter the love of God, find genuine family, and flourish in who God has made them to be.
